Business Development Executive (International Clients)
- Patiala, India · On-site
- 1 – 4 years
- Full-time
- Inbound sales
- Discovery calls
- Proposal writing
- CRM
- Written English
You handle enquiries from people who already found Redenn: a dentist in Brampton who needs a new site, a UK trades company asking about SEO, a US founder who wants a chatbot like the one running on our own homepage. You take the discovery call, scope the work with the design and engineering leads, write the proposal and see it through to a signed project.
Why this role
Every lead you touch already knows who we are, so your day is spent scoping real projects with founders in four countries instead of dialling strangers who never asked to hear from you.
A normal week
- You take a discovery call with a clinic owner in Ontario, listen more than you talk, and write up what she actually needs rather than what is easy to sell.
- You spend ten minutes with a developer sanity checking a timeline before you promise it to anyone.
- You send five follow-ups that are genuinely useful: a relevant case study, a tighter scope, a clearer next step, never just checking in.
- You hand a won project to the delivery team with notes good enough that the kickoff takes one message instead of one meeting.
What you’ll do
- Respond to inbound enquiries from the website, referrals and marketplaces, usually within the hour.
- Run discovery calls with US, UK, Canadian and Australian clients and document the requirement clearly.
- Build proposals and scopes alongside the design and engineering leads, and price them with management.
- Follow up until you get a yes or a clean no, and keep the CRM honest either way.
- Stay involved after signing so the client meets a team that already knows their project.
What we’re looking for
- 1 to 4 years in inside sales, business development or account management, ideally selling services.
- Spoken and written English that holds up on a call with someone in Toronto or Manchester.
- Willing to work an evening shift for overlap with North American hours.
- You ask questions before you pitch, and you can tell a client when something is not worth building.
- Comfortable living in a CRM and writing your own proposals rather than waiting on a template.
Nice to have (not required)
- You have sold web, SEO or software services before, though a strong seller from another industry will pick up the vocabulary fast.
- Familiarity with a CRM such as HubSpot or Zoho; ours is built in-house and takes a day to learn.
- Any exposure to inbound channels like Upwork, Clutch or Google Business Profile enquiries.
