Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2, 2026

The short version

By using redenn.com or working with Redenn on a project, you agree to these terms. If we're working on a project together, the project Statement of Work (SOW) takes precedence over anything below where there's a conflict.

Who we are

"Redenn" means either Redenn Informatics Inc. (Brampton, Ontario, Canada) or Redenn Informatics Pvt. Ltd. (Patiala, Punjab, India), whichever entity issues your invoice. The contracting entity is the legal counterparty for that engagement.

Use of the website

The redenn.com site is provided as-is for informational purposes. You agree not to (a) attempt to disrupt or compromise the service, (b) scrape content for re-publishing without our written consent, (c) misrepresent yourself in forms (impersonation, spam), or (d) use the site for any unlawful purpose.

All content (copy, images, design, code) is © Redenn unless attributed otherwise. Case studies and client logos appear with permission and remain the property of their respective owners.

Project work

Each project is governed by a Statement of Work (SOW) that references these terms. The SOW specifies scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment milestones. Standard payment split is 50 % at kickoff and 50 % at launch, unless the SOW says otherwise.

Revisions. Each tier includes a fixed number of revision rounds (Starter: 1, Business / Ecommerce: 2, Webapp: 3 + discovery). Beyond that, additional revisions are billed at the hourly rate in the SOW.

Timelines. We commit to the timeline in the SOW assuming you respond to feedback requests within 3 business days. Delays in client feedback shift the launch date day-for-day.

Ownership. On full payment, you own all custom designs, custom code, and the deployed product. We retain rights to (a) reusable internal tooling, (b) generic components from our component library, and (c) the right to feature the work in our portfolio unless the SOW restricts it.

Hosting + post-launch support

Each tier includes a post-launch window where bug fixes are free (Starter: 30 days, Business: 30 days, Ecommerce: 60 days, Webapp: 90 days). After that, support is available via monthly retainer (no lock-in, month-to-month).

Hosting costs (Vercel, Supabase, third-party services) are passed through at cost on a monthly invoice. We don't mark up hosting.

Cancellation + refunds

You can cancel at any time. The kickoff payment is non-refundable (it covers discovery + design work that's already started). For projects cancelled mid-build, we'll invoice for work completed to date and hand over what we have. For Webapp-tier projects with a discovery sprint outcome, you can stop after discovery — the discovery fee is fully earned but you're not obligated to continue.

Confidentiality

Anything you share with us in the course of a project that's clearly confidential (financials, customer data, internal docs) we treat as such. Same goes the other way — anything you learn about our internal tools, processes, or pricing. We sign mutual NDAs on request, no questions asked.

Liability

Redenn's total liability for any claim arising from the services or this website is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

Our work is delivered as-is, but we stand behind it: bug fixes within the post-launch support window are free, and we'll work in good faith to resolve anything broken. We don't warrant uninterrupted service from third-party providers (Vercel, Stripe, etc.) but we do choose providers with strong SLAs.

Governing law

For engagements through Redenn Informatics Inc., these terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. For engagements through Redenn Informatics Pvt. Ltd., the laws of Punjab, India. Disputes will be settled in the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be emailed to active clients. Your continued use of the site or services after a change constitutes acceptance.
