Shipping & Delivery Policy

• A private preview link to review the work as it's built.
• The finished site or app is deployed to your own hosting account.
• Code goes in your own GitHub (or similar) repository.
• Documents, files and reports arrive by email or in your client portal.
• Logins and keys are shared securely, never in plain email.

Your written plan or SOW sets the timeline and the go-live date. Work starts once the start payment has been received and the kickoff call is done. We hold to that date as long as you reply to feedback requests within 3 business days; delays in feedback move the launch day-for-day.

We email you each time a milestone is delivered, with the link or files. That email is the delivery record for the milestone.

Monthly plans are delivered continuously through each billing month, with updates and reports by email or in your portal.

If a link doesn't work or something is missing, email hello@redenn.com and a person will fix it within 1 business day.
