For immigration consultants and visa filing offices
Built by people who run a visa consultancy.
Most agencies pitching you have never filed an application. Our founders run a licensed visa and travel group with four brands — on a case-management CRM we built ourselves. We know what a GCMS note is, and why your team is still chasing passport scans at midnight.
Four visa platforms, live right now
You can open every one of these and click around. They are not mockups, and they are not someone else's work we are borrowing credit for.
SureshotVisa
VisitEligibility quiz, visa fee calculator, encrypted document portal and rejection-analysis tool. Country content is data-driven, so an embassy fee change is one edit, not sixty.

VisitA marketing site an anxious applicant can trust, plus a client portal the consultants run a caseload on. One client, one case, one consultant, one place.

VisitCAIPS and GCMS notes retrieval for refused and stalled applicants. Tiered packages, passport upload with UCI capture, payment gateway, order tracking.

VisitFlight and hotel reservations a visa officer can verify, a Schengen 90/180 calculator, and document checklists across 77+ destinations.

See the CRM case studyThe things a visa office actually needs
One inbox for every brand and channel
Website chat, WhatsApp, email and phone enquiries land in a single queue, tagged by brand. “Needs reply” and “gone quiet” surface exactly who is waiting on you.
Case management that mirrors how you work
One client, one case, one consultant. Stage tracking from first enquiry to decision, with documents attached to the case rather than lost in an email thread.
Document collection that stops the chasing
A checklist the applicant sees, upload links that expire, and automatic nudges for what is still missing. No more “please resend your passport scan”.
AI that drafts the first reply
Trained on your own service pages and fee structure, answering at 2am in your team's tone, handing over to a person the moment it should. We run this on our own sites.
Fees collected, on the record
Payment links and status sit on the same client record as the conversation that earned them. Multi-currency, and Razorpay or Stripe depending on your market.
Built for applicants in every timezone
Multi-country content, multi-currency fees, and pages that load fast on a phone in Lagos or Ludhiana, not just on your office fibre.
Passports, bank statements, medicals
You are trusted with the most sensitive paperwork a person owns, and you are accountable for it. So here is exactly how we handle it — stated plainly, before you have to ask.
Encrypted on the way in, and while it sits there
Encrypted connections everywhere, an encrypted database, and upload links that expire. Documents are never served from a public folder.
Access locked down by person
A consultant sees their caseload; an applicant sees only their own file. Enforced in the database itself, not just hidden in the interface.
You choose where the data lives
Canadian, European or Indian hosting depending on where your obligations sit. We will tell you plainly which one your clients' data is in.
You control how long it is kept
Closed cases are deleted on a schedule you set, and applicant documents are not kept beyond what your process needs.
Your accounts, your data
You own the code, the domain, the database and every third-party account. If you leave, nothing is held back.
Built for the advertising rules you work under
If you are an RCIC, your marketing is regulated. No invented success rates, no “99% approval” banners, no guarantee-of-outcome language, and your registration number where it belongs. We build to those rules — we do not advise on them; your compliance stays yours.
To be straight with you: these are our engineering practices, not certifications. We do not hold ISO 27001 or SOC 2, and we will not pretend otherwise. If your obligations require a certified processor, tell us and we will say honestly whether we are the right fit.
“You build for my competitors. Whose side are you on?”
A fair question, and you should ask it of anyone you hire. Here is our answer before you have to.
What we disclose, up front
- We have built for immigration consultancies before, and we will again. SureshotVisa, Lifeset Overseas and CAIPS Notes Apply are all live and all ours. That experience is the reason this page can talk about GCMS notes and refusal flows instead of “bespoke digital solutions”.
- Our founders run an immigration business of their own. Pro Lifeset Overseas is a licensed visa and travel group in India. If you are an Indian consultancy serving the same corridors, we are a competitor as well as a supplier, and you should weigh that. We would rather tell you now than have you find it out later.
- Ask us who else we work with and we will tell you. Before you sign, not after. If there is a conflict you are not comfortable with, that is a good reason not to hire us and we will say so on the call.
What never crosses between clients
- Your database. Separate instance, separate credentials, per client. Nothing shared, nothing pooled.
- Your code. It is yours, in your accounts, and it is not lifted into the next build.
- Your funnel. Your pricing, your copy, your assessment logic and your process are not reused elsewhere.
- Your applicants. Nobody outside your team ever has a login to your caseload.
What we do carry between projects is craft — that a refused applicant needs a different first screen from a first-timer, that document upload has to survive a bad phone connection. That is experience, and you are hiring us for it.
Want territory exclusivity? We do not offer it as standard, because we would rather not make a promise across a market we cannot police. If it matters to your deal, raise it and we will give you a straight yes or no for your city.
What consultants ask us first
Do you actually understand immigration work, or is this just a landing page?
Our founders run Pro Lifeset Overseas, a licensed visa and travel group with four customer-facing brands, on a CRM we built ourselves. We know what a GCMS note is, why a refusal changes the whole conversation, and why applicants send passport scans over WhatsApp at midnight. That is the reason this page exists.
Will you work with a competitor of ours?
Ask us on the call. We will tell you honestly who we already work with in your market, and we do not share anything about one client's business with another. If there is a genuine conflict we would rather say so up front than take the work.
We already have a website. Do we have to start over?
Usually not. Plenty of engagements start as a CRM or client portal bolted onto the site you have. If the site itself is holding you back we will say so, and a move keeps your search rankings rather than quietly destroying them.
How is the CRM priced?
Scoped per business, because a two-consultant office and a six-branch group are not the same build. There is no per-seat trap and no annual licence you cannot leave. We quote a fixed price after one call.
How long before we are live?
A marketing site is typically 3 to 6 weeks. A client portal or CRM is scoped after a call, and we agree the date before starting. You watch it happen in a client portal rather than waiting on status emails.
Twenty minutes, and you will know if this fits.
We will show you the CRM running our own consultancy, ask what your caseload looks like, and tell you honestly whether we can help. No deck, no discovery fee.
We reply within 4 business hours.
