Kickoff
We look at what you have, agree what the site has to achieve, and write a one-page brief everyone signs off on.
You end up with — A signed brief and a page-by-page plan.

Design
Your key pages designed in your own brand, on a phone screen first, with a short video walking you through them. One or two rounds of changes.
You end up with — Approved designs, ready to build.

Build
The real thing gets built — fast, findable on Google, and usable with a screen reader. You can see progress in your portal any day you like.
You end up with — A private preview site, ready for you to try.

Review
You get real time with the preview site. All feedback in one thread; we ship the changes in batches rather than one at a time.
You end up with — A launch-ready site, signed off by you.
- Stage 5One day, plus 30, 60 and 90-day check-ins
Launch
We point the domain at it, switch on monitoring, and fix anything broken free for the first 90 days.
You end up with — Live, monitored, and every account handed to you.
The portal is the source of truth
Every project gets a live portal — files, timeline, messages, invoices. Your comments sit next to the work rather than buried in an email chain. The few people who prefer calls still get them.
What that means in practice: you never have to ask “where are we?”. You open the portal and it is there. And when you ask us for a price on anything new, the written answer comes back within two business days.
Kickoff usually starts within a week of signing.
