One site for one plumber — to 200+.
Six years, two continents. The standard never changed.
One engineer in Patiala. First client: a plumber quoted $8k elsewhere — built for $1,500, on Google's first page in 3 months.
Three engineers and a designer. Clients kept needing real software — a bus-tracking platform, a marketplace. We built them. Both still run.
