Mobile App Developer (React Native / Flutter)

  • Mohali, India · On-site
  • 2 – 5 years
  • Full-time
  • React Native
  • Flutter
  • TypeScript
  • REST APIs
  • App Store / Play Store

You will build the mobile side of work we already ship on the web: booking and loyalty apps for clinics and trade businesses, storefront apps for ecommerce clients, and companion apps for the CRM and AI chatbot systems we run in production. You build against the same Postgres and API layer as the web team, so the backend is a colleague two desks away rather than a document you have to guess at.

Why this role

You take an app from an empty repo to a live listing on both stores with your name on the release, which is something most mobile developers at larger firms wait years to be trusted with.

A normal week

  1. You push a build to TestFlight on Thursday and have the client's notes in the thread by Friday morning.
  2. You walk over to the backend developer and get the API response changed, instead of writing a workaround inside the app.
  3. You chase jank on a mid-range Android until the list scrolls clean at 60fps.
  4. You handle a store review rejection yourself, fix the real cause and resubmit the same day.

What you’ll do

  • Build and ship cross-platform apps in React Native or Flutter for iOS and Android from one codebase.
  • Integrate REST APIs, auth, push notifications, offline state and in-app payments.
  • Own the release pipeline: signing, builds, store submissions, review replies and staged rollouts.
  • Keep apps fast and stable on mid-range Android devices, not just on the newest iPhone.
  • Work closely with designers so each app feels native on its platform instead of like a stretched website.

What we’re looking for

  • 2 to 5 years shipping mobile apps, with at least one you can point us to on a store.
  • Strong in React Native or Flutter, with solid JavaScript and TypeScript or Dart.
  • You have handled the unglamorous side: certificates, store review, crash reports, versioned releases.
  • Comfortable consuming and debugging REST APIs, and reading a backend log when the app misbehaves.
  • Good written English for direct updates with clients across time zones.

Nice to have (not required)

  • The framework you do not use yet; strong React Native people willing to pick up Flutter, or the reverse, are equally welcome.
  • Some native Android or iOS work, useful at the edges but not needed day to day.
  • Offline-first sync or push infrastructure experience, or simply the appetite to learn it here.
