You will design client websites that go live in six countries — dental clinics in Ontario, trades businesses in Australia, product brands in the UK — and then switch context into product work on Pro Lifeset, the CRM Redenn built and runs in production. Most weeks are a mix of a fresh marketing site in Figma and a real screen inside software that people use to run their business every day.
Salary band
₹3.5–7.5 LPAper year
Gross annual base. Where you land in the band depends on what you can show us, not on how hard you negotiate.
Why this role
Your Figma file goes to a developer sitting two desks away and is live for a paying client inside a fortnight, with nobody in between watering it down.
A normal week
- You take the notes from a client discovery call and turn them into a mobile-first homepage in Figma, then walk the developer through spacing, states and edge cases before it gets built.
- You sit with the CRM team to redesign a screen users keep complaining about, using actual support tickets as your research.
- You extend the shared component library — buttons, forms, tables, empty states — so the next five client sites start from something solid instead of a blank artboard.
- You review a built page on staging against your design and file the ten small fixes that separate close enough from shipped.
What you’ll do
- Design mobile-first, high-fidelity website and webapp screens in Figma, from rough wireframe through developer handoff.
- Own and grow the design system used across client sites and the Pro Lifeset CRM: tokens, components, states, documentation.
- Turn client briefs and sales calls into clear layout decisions instead of waiting for a fully written spec.
- Work beside developers through the build so what ships matches what you drew.
- Design for accessibility — contrast, focus states, tap targets — as a default rather than a final cleanup pass.
What we’re looking for
- 2 to 5 years designing websites or digital products, with a portfolio you can walk us through screen by screen.
- Strong Figma craft: auto layout, components, variants, and files another person can actually navigate.
- You design for real content and real breakpoints, not just a wide desktop frame.
- You can explain why a layout works, and change it when the reason stops holding.
- Comfortable in English on calls and in writing, since clients are in Canada, the US, the UK and Australia.
Nice to have (not required)
- Experience designing dashboards or admin tools; if you have only done marketing sites so far, say so and we will bring you onto the product side.
- Enough HTML and CSS to know what is cheap to build and what will cost a developer three days.
- Motion or prototyping work in Figma, Rive or After Effects, even from personal projects.
