[ 01 ]One side needs help, the other needs work.

Two flows, three steps each

If you need help

  1. 1

    Search by pincode

Pick the role, browse verified workers nearby. No signup to browse.

  2. 2

    Tap contact

Verify your own phone with a 4-digit OTP. That is the only thing asked, to keep workers safe from spam callers.

  3. 3

    Call or WhatsApp

Full name and phone revealed. Free for the first 3 months, no agency fee, no middlemen.

If you need work

  1. 1

    Phone + OTP

Ten digits, a 4-digit code by SMS, done in about 30 seconds.

  2. 2

    Aadhaar photo

Only name, age and city are extracted, never the 12-digit number. The image is deleted within seconds.

  3. 3

    Pick your work

Tap the types of work you do. The profile is live immediately and never costs anything.

What the site does check

  • The worker's phone is real: OTP-verified at signup
  • The worker uploaded a real Aadhaar: OCR reads name and city, profile marked verified
  • Reports get acted on: after 3, a profile is hidden until reviewed

What it does not

  • Run criminal background checks: file a free police verification for live-in roles
  • Employ anyone: salary, hours and leave are between you and the worker
  • Arbitrate disputes

[ 02 ]The problem

We connect. We do not vouch. The introduction is on us; the hire is on you.

Finding a maid, driver or cook in an Indian city runs through agencies that charge a month's salary, or through neighbours' phones. Workers pay to register, households pay to be introduced, and neither side can tell who is real. Every platform that tried to fix this added forms, apps and fees, which is exactly what excluded the workers.

Who is on the other side

Households and small businesses that need help, and workers who need work, in the same pincode.

The household side and the worker side, drawn on the site exactly as they run. No paperwork on either.

What is checked, and what is not

Ticks for what the site verifies, crosses for what it refuses to pretend. The honesty box is the trust mechanism.
