Friday 5 PM in Brooklyn. Tuesday 9 AM staging URL. That's the cadence most of our American clients work with us on, and it isn't a marketing line — it's geography. Brampton sits on Eastern Time, eight minutes' drive from Pearson; Patiala wakes up nine and a half hours ahead of New York. Your day ends at 5 PM. Our day in India is just hitting full swing. By the time you've finished dinner, the work has been pushed to staging and a Loom is waiting in your inbox for Tuesday morning.
That's what "fast" actually means for our American clients. Not promises about velocity — the daily mechanic that makes velocity inevitable.
Why ambitious American small businesses pick Redenn
We're not a New York agency, and we don't charge New York rates — but we ship work that competes with anything coming out of Brooklyn or SF. Our Brampton design lead has 12 years on this side of the border; our Patiala engineering team has shipped for clients in 11 American states across the last six years. The work that lands in your tab on Tuesday morning passes through both teams before you see it.
The American small businesses we work best with: regional ecommerce stores doing $200k–$5M annually, SaaS startups in product-market-fit hunt mode, professional services firms (CPA, legal, dental, MD groups), and home-services businesses building real digital storefronts past Yelp.
The compliance American sites face in 2026 (and most agencies skip)
- ADA accessibility lawsuits. The federal courts saw 4,500+ ADA web accessibility claims filed in 2025 — most against small businesses, most settled out for $5k–$25k. Every site we ship hits WCAG 2.1 AA before it leaves staging.
- CCPA + CPRA for any California traffic. If a single Californian visits your site, you're in scope. We wire opt-out links, "Do Not Sell" handling, and the data-rights workflow on every build.
- State-by-state sales tax for ecommerce. Stripe Tax handles 11,000+ tax jurisdictions automatically — we set up the integration on every Stripe-powered build.
- HIPAA when patient data shows up. For our healthcare clients (~12% of our American work), we deploy on HIPAA-compliant hosting with a signed BAA in place.
Pricing, billed in USD, by Pvt. Ltd.
Until the Canadian banking is set up (Q3 2026), every American invoice issues from Redenn Informatics Pvt. Ltd. in USD via Razorpay International. The pricing on /pricing is the price you pay — no FX surcharge, no card-processing markup. Wire transfers also welcome for invoices over $10k.
Starter from $1,200, Business from $3,500, Ecommerce from $5,500, Webapp from $15,000. Kickoff payments are 50% upfront for builds under $10k, 30/30/40 split for builds over.
What our schedule looks like in your time zone
Eastern: 9 AM your morning briefing meets our 6:30 PM end of Patiala day, with the design lead in Brampton on Eastern with you. Pacific: your 6 AM standup catches our 6:30 PM India shift just before they sign off. Central: split the difference. Either way, the asynchronous Patiala overnight is what makes the staging URL ready before you've finished your coffee.

What this looks like in practice
A Connecticut MEP firm shipped a 12-page custom-branded site + a project-portal webapp for $11,800 in 7 weeks, replacing a $3,200/year Wix Premium plan that was costing them 1–2 lost RFPs annually due to slow load. ROI in month two.
