• Notifiable Data Breaches scheme. OAIC notification within 30 days of any eligible breach; our incident response runbook is wired in from day one.
• Spam Act 2003 for any email/SMS marketing — explicit/inferred consent, unsubscribe, identification.

GST + AUD billing

Invoices issue from Redenn Informatics Pvt. Ltd. in AUD via Razorpay International. GST handled per Australian small-business threshold (AU$75k). We don't auto-add GST to invoices unless you've confirmed registration.

Starter from AU$1,800, Business from AU$5,300, Ecommerce from AU$8,300, Webapp from AU$22,500. Splits as standard.

What our day looks like in your time zone (Sydney/Melbourne)

• 9 AM Sydney → Patiala 3:30 AM (we're not awake), Brampton 6 PM previous evening (just signing off). The morning is yours.
• 2 PM Sydney → Patiala 8:30 AM (start of day), Brampton 11 PM (asleep). This is when we pick up your morning notes.
• 5 PM Sydney → Patiala 11:30 AM (mid-morning), Brampton 2 AM (asleep). End-of-day handoff happens here.
• Midnight Sydney → Patiala 6:30 PM (mid-afternoon), Brampton 9 AM (just starting). Overnight production happens here.
