Built in Brampton, finished to UK standards
Shoreditch craft without the Shoreditch invoice. UK GDPR, ICO, and Equality Act 2010 baked into every build. Custom websites and webapps billed in GBP.
🇬🇧 UNITED KINGDOM
★ Lighthouse 95 · GBP via Razorpay International · UK GDPR + ICO + Equality Act-ready
There's a particular Shoreditch design lab that's been quoting £45,000 for a 12-page Webflow site since 2022. Two of our current UK clients came to us after getting that quote and walking out. Their final brief was: "Same craft. Half the price. And actually loads on the train Wi-Fi."
That's roughly the position we hold in the UK market — the design instinct of a London studio, the engineering muscle of a Patiala-based team, and the price point of neither. We invoice in GBP, comply with UK GDPR by default, and ship sites that pass an ICO audit on day one.
Why UK businesses are quietly switching from in-house Shoreditch shops
Three reasons keep coming up in our discovery calls:
Pricing transparency. Our /pricing page is the price you pay. Most UK web agencies refuse to quote without a meeting; ours is a single Notion-style table.
The Brampton design lead, the Patiala engineering team. The design that lands in your inbox is signed off by someone who's spent 12 years between Toronto, London, and Manchester — not a junior in Mumbai with three weeks' experience and a stock-image library.
End-to-end UK GDPR + ICO. Lawful basis, retention schedules, DSAR workflow, cookie consent — all handled. ICO audit-ready out of the box.
UK GDPR, the ICO, and the Equality Act 2010
The compliance picture in the UK is denser than most American agencies appreciate, and we've watched London competitors quietly skip these:
- UK GDPR + Data Protection Act 2018. Lawful basis on every form, retention schedule documented, opt-out workflow tested. Subject Access Requests (SARs) handled in the standard 30-day window.
- Equality Act 2010 web accessibility. Public sector under Equality Act + Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations 2018 has stricter rules than ADA. WCAG 2.2 AA on every public-facing build.
- PECR (Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations). Cookie consent, opt-in marketing, and call tracking all configured to spec.
- HMRC + VAT. Stripe Tax wired to handle UK VAT registration thresholds plus EU VAT for any cross-border ecommerce.
VAT, GBP, and the small-business reality
Until the Canadian banking comes back online, UK invoices issue from Redenn Informatics Pvt. Ltd. in GBP via Razorpay International. We quote in GBP, you pay in GBP, no FX games. We register and reverse-charge VAT where required for B2B builds.
Starter packages from £950, Business from £2,800, Ecommerce from £4,400, Webapp from £12,000 (these track the USD pricing at near-current exchange and are reviewed quarterly).
Working across 5.5 hours
London 9 AM is Patiala 2:30 PM and Brampton 4 AM the night before. Translation: by the time you sit down at your desk, the Patiala team is six hours into their day and the Brampton design review has happened overnight. UK clients see staging URLs early in the morning and reviews ready by lunch.
