Lead the build of fast, modern websites and webapps for clients across North America. You will own features end to end — from data model to deployed UI.

What you’ll do

  • Build and ship features across the stack — Next.js, React, Node, Postgres.
  • Own performance: sub-1.5s loads, accessible markup, clean architecture.
  • Review pull requests and mentor mid-level engineers.
  • Work directly with designers and clients to scope and refine work.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years building production web apps with React and Node.
  • Strong TypeScript and SQL fundamentals.
  • Eye for performance, accessibility and maintainable code.
  • Clear written and spoken English.
